5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payments exclusively via USDT (TRC-20 blockchain) sent directly to our wallet. We do not process card payments and do not store or handle any payment card data.

After sending your USDT payment, you must submit a payment notification via our website with your transaction hash (TX ID). We verify the transaction on the blockchain and activate your download manually — typically within a few hours.

All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. Your license is valid for life after a single payment.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

• If the software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued in USDT to the wallet address you originally sent from.
• Refunds are not issued for reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase without prior review, or incompatibility with unsupported operating systems (our software requires Windows 10 or Windows 11).
• To request a refund, email us at info@toolslex.com with your transaction hash and the wallet address to refund to.

7. Updates & Support

Your lifetime license includes all future updates for the purchased product at no additional cost. Updates will be made available through your account on this website.

8. Intellectual Property
